That year whizzed by and was fairly intense, but I think 2018 will be less stressed. We finished the audio book, The Brain'sWay of Healing by Dr. Norman Doidge. It sure was interesting and offered the latest in simple new ways to rewire the brain to create healing. Create a new neural pathway which creates a healthy response instead of the original damaged one. We are much more magical than we give ourselves credit for. We have more power available than we use.  Apparently we are moving up to the fifth dimension. We are getting smarter.

"The discovery that our thoughts can change the structure and function of our brains-even into old age-is the most important breakthrough in neuroscience in four centuries." So says the New York Times review of author, psychiatrist and psychoanalyst, Dr. Norman Doidge's book, "The Brain That Changes Itself". Out of 400,000 books on the brain, it was chosen as number 1.

I am having fun making green smoothies from my garden. When I add a bunch of Orach, tho, they become 'rich brown' smoothies. Other leaves I love to use alot of are; borage leaves and blossoms, snap peas, parsley, kale, nasturtiums flowers and leaves. I add a piece of mango, or some frozen raspberries, some powdered lemon, water or juice and voila! An incredibly alive and vibrant, easily digested, good-for-you summer smoothie, full of energy.
