Join me every Wednesday night as I worship at the Altar of Jazz. The title of the show comes from a tune composed by Charles Mingus, who I consider to be the greatest Jazz musician of all time. You will hear other Iconic Jazz greats including, Duke Ellington, John Coltrane, Miles Davis, Thelonius Monk ,Bill Evans , Steve Lacy, Sun Ra, Sonny Rollins, Billie Holiday, Sarah Vaughan, Ella & Louis and the list goes on. We will also explore the new innovations in Jazz by the likes of Jason Moran, Vijay Iyer, Michael Blake, Luciano Souza amongst others.
