Hi folks, lots of talk about energy. My favourite subject. That is because learning about energy and how to work with it has taught me how to work with myself. How to heal pain in my own body and psyche and how to bring happiness and dispel negativity from my life.

This wasn't anything I was taught. Everyone I knew, as well as myself, were left to figure out life on our own. I really had no advice, no teaching or even any discussion about how to get what we wanted in life.

Happy New Year Everyone. To me, it looks like this is going to be a good but very different year. Things seem to be going rather quickly (which I like) but also changing steadily-which I also like but which takes some getting used to.

Some people thrive when everyone else is talking about trouble. So decide what kind of person you want to be. Are you going to buy into all the negative stuff that people love to shout about or are you going to choose to live your life in a way that brings about the things you really want?

For the last two shows I have played music and talked about energy and the nature of it. There is quite alot to learn about energy to correct the imbalance of all our conditioning. And so much of what we need to learn is the opposite of what we were taught.
