We are getting near the end of Gregg Braden's book, Deep Truth on the Shaman's Fire. Lots of interesting things that we never heard before, such as a seven mile long city under 120 feet of water off the coast of India that could be around 11,000 years old. Layers and layers of history that got covered up by the next thousand years of living and then another and the another. Each civilization lived on top of the last civilization, literally.

On a different note, on Saturday Dec. 7 between 2-4 pm, I will be doing an energy healing workshop at Full Circle Studio 1283 Main St. Smithers. Basically it is about removing old blocks to going forward in life, removing false beliefs, insecurities etc thru tapping and different energy healing techniques, to become your Authentic Self. Cost is $25. 

Clearing old energy is easy and a beautiful thing. What seemed like an impossibility is discovered to be simply a limiting thought which clears quite easily, once we aim to do it. It is a very liberating experience to free oneself from old limiting beliefs that one thought were societal conditions, when in fact, they were simply beliefs we grew up with in childhood that may have been true for our family but that was all.
