Spoken word. Today we listened to Australian tapping expert talk about working with food cravings and addictions using tapping. He suggests keeping it really simple. Start anywhere on the tapping points (top of head, between the eyebrows on forehead, top side of eye on bony part, under the eye on bony part, under nose, on chin crease, on collarbone, under the arm 4 inches down from armpit). Just think about the craving you get and tap, keep tapping and you will feel the strong feeling subside. Then you can try to make it strong again and tap some more. Think of all the ways or times you want it and tap on that. Tap on anything you can bring up about it and you will be surprised at how you can reduce it and actually make it disappear. You can tap on a feeling or a thought or an image or an event or your belief about it or the pain or feeling you have. It is effective from so many directions. Tapping is having great success with curing addictions.
I mistakenly said all addictions use food when I actually meant all addictions use some substance to soothe or make feel better or mask some negative emotion.
We also listen to David Sanborn with two songs.
