Today was another in a small series of interviews Mickey Brandvold did with teacher, healer, Jean Christian who is also a herbalist and homeopath along with being an author. It is about being an energy being and what it means. Very good  to help you start understanding energy and ourselves as energy beings.

Understanding ourselves as vibrational beings helps us learn how to manage our lives better, because it is not anything we have ever been taught. And energy has it's own set of laws.

Along with this I played a couple of songs from Shred Kelly, a band that was visiting Smithers and featured at one of the pubs. Also played some Jim Oliver's soundhealing music.
