Women are their own worst beauty critics.  Only 4% of women around the wold consider themselves beautiful. The Dove Corporation conducted a compelling social experiment that explores how women view their own beauty in contrast to what others see.  Watch the whole experience at http://dove.com/realbeautysketches.  Whether we think we look good or not is just one of our daily stressors - so I shared the text of a wellness article put out by Anxiety BC entitled Stress and Well Being.  You can read or copy the article from www.heretohelp.bc.ca.  I also shared the song "Dear Friend" by Stacie Orrico, who wrote this song about her friend dealing with an eating disorder.  The music video shares some sad facts and education around eating disorders.
