We are listening to the audio book 'The Brain's Way of Healing' by Dr. Norman Doidge, on modern healing methods that have wonderful results without pills and the chemical complications. Much of it is about brain plasticity, reprogramming the brain to work in a new way. A very modern subject that is showing great results.
