To complete our podcast series, a two-part series on the Volunteer Program at the shelter. In addition to managing the shelter’s Foster Program, Ashleigh Ballevona is also the head of the shelter’s Volunteer Program, and she’ll be joining me to talk about what volunteers do at the shelter. And then I’ll be speaking with Tara Holmes, one of those front line workers who give at-risk, surrendered, and abandoned dogs and cats a sense that they are absolutely loved and respected.
