Eli Larsen I fell in love with wrens: what bird will you fall in love with, today?
Program:

Connect With Birds: Save the Earth, part two. Last week, Graham Sorenson introduced us to Birds Canada, and some of the many ways you can have a huge impact on these vulnerable creatures.
One of tho projects Graham and I talked about was the Nocturnal Owl Survey.

On April 30, I set out at dusk for Lawson Road, just outside Telkwa BC. Ken and Theresa White joined me for this adventure, and their expertise with birding helped immeasurably as I attempted to perform one of these surveys, collecting important statistics that help organizations like Birds Canada to better understand and to protect owl populations across North America. Ken and Theresa are my guests today, sharing with you how our local survey went.
