Nicolle Brown from Hazelton BC has just been selected as a finalist for the Ms Vancouver Pagent. ART BEAT spoke with Nicolle by telephone to learn more. Ms Vancouver is not a typical beauty pagent. The Ms. Vancouver Pageant is an equal opportunity pageant.
