Vancouver Island singer-songwriter Linda Lavender has been writing, singing and playing guitar, banjo and mandolin across Canada for decades. She engages her audiences with songs about robberies and road trips, fist fights and friendships, jailbreaks and heartaches, telling a story about life, love, loss and a quest for truth. Her music and lyrics combine narrative, poetry, and subtle humour, with unexpected chordal turns and melodies. You can expect to hear original music and reinventions of classics, from folk to jazz to rock, in a smooth fusion.
