Currently over 70% of our annual income comes from project based grants. Unfortunately, this does not help us with day to day operation costs. Sustaining memberships help us pay our rent, & utilities, buy and upgrade our equipment, and plan for the future (like expanding into neighbouring communities). CICK's sustaining members are community heroes that we rely on to pay the bills and support our volunteers. Sustaining monthly payments that begin as little as $5 per month, and provide the consistent, sustainable funding that is required to remain a viable volunteer based non-profit.
In addition to the normal annual member swag (bumper sticker, unique gift, discounts to arts events, opportunity to win tic's to concerts), sustaining members will be listed on our Sustaining Members Page at www.smithersradio.com.
