Well, I have about half a dozen shows done now, so am relaxing abit with the equipment and the timing.  I am trying to lay a foundation of understanding about energy re ourselves, our bodies, our spirits etc. Once we start thinking about ourselves as energy beings, we can understand how to maintain our good feelings which translates into good health. 

So much of what we have been taught by society has nothing to do with who and what we really are. We have been heavily indoctrinated to do what everyone else wants and to make everyone else happy. But it really only works for us when we make ourselves happy first. We are all unique individuals, so we are different from everyone else and a cookie cutter mentality simply doesn't work.

Anyway, I am off to New Mexico, first Santa Fe then Taos for an 8 day painting seminar I annually go to. After that I will catch the Hay House I Can Do It conference in Vancouver on the way home. It is May 5 & 6. I went to one in Toronto years ago and it was terrific. Bruce Lipton, Carolyn Myss, Gregg Braden and many others with lots of interesting up-to-date science, energy and healing information.
