Today we listened to the sixth session of Dreamgates with Robert Moss. Entering The House of Time and a practicing a technique with the subtle body. Fun, fun.

He spoke about tracking another's dream and both people doing a conscious dream together. I did that at a workshop with him about a dozen years ago. It was quite an amazing experience, because I could enter the other's dream and share it. Hard to understand alot of this stuff without experiencing it because it is so outside what we know and have experienced. Fascinating stuff to work with, if one is so inclined. Very creative. Very enlightening.

We also listened to some Sarah Benson's Flutes of Interior Time a very unique and interesting cd. It is produced by Jonathan Goldman who does sound healing. He tells the story of being a son and grandson of medical doctors and as he was playing with his band at a bar one night, he realized he was helping to make the crowd more upset and belligerent as the night wore on.

At that point he changed his focus and he started the a soundhealers association which has expanded enormously over the years. Sound is a vibration and our chakras have a sound associated with each one. Sounding that vibration can make the chakra spin correctly. Kay Gardner who published a series of tapes called Music as Medicine (I bought them when they were tapes but they are probably available as cds now of course) said she used to use her voice to release a block in her friends body where trouble would arise. Toning the exact vibration of the problem would release the block and allow the energy to move. I have always loved that idea and would like to take training in it. One of these years I will go to Jonathan Goldman's sound healing convention in Colorado.

We have more sessions to go with Robert Moss and they continue to be more and more interesting.
