Last week we completed listening to the fifth part of the Abraham series on Money and the Law of Attraction. It is so interesting to understand things at the energetic level as it simplifies everything. We have so much access to power when we consider the energetics. Much more so than when we think about things in the way we have been conditioned to.

We are powerful beings in a powerful universe but we have been disempowered by what we were taught and so have our teachers and families and governments and schools.

Working with energy is like working with magic, it is so powerful in so many ways. Do you want to get rid of some pain in your body? Breathe deeply until you can feel the energy in your hands, and then using your intention, cup your hands around the pain and send pure positive energy between your hands until the pain subsides. It is that simple. Takes practice and getting used to, but is really that simple.

Sending love or pure positive energy to any part that is less than healthy, will always help reduce pain. Pain is a low vibration. Love is the highest.

High vibration will always knock out low vibration. If you want another way to experiment with this, find a pure happy thought and bring it to the center of your mind. Then drag in a negative, bad feeling thought and overlay it onto the positive thought and see what happens. The positive dissolves the negative everytime.
