Sept. 8. Today we listened to Rhys Thomas talk about chakras. It is a good overview and I hoped to make it a podcast, but had some trouble with Audacity not recording it properly so won't be able to put it up for listening. I will probably do it again later cause it takes more than one listening to pick up all that info. Chakras are major centers of energy exchange in the body. Seven on each side which create seven layers in our energy fields. Each chakra handles a different kind of energy, has a different vibration, colour, sound etc. Very complex but worth learning about since it is our most basic nature.

 

The beauty of energy work and learning to work with our own energy systems, is how quick and effective it is. There is nothing between you and healing, you and balance, you and your energetic nature. Everything can change instantly or very quickly using focus and intent.

If you just learned to balance your chakras daily in a ten minute exercise, you would change your life for the better in a big way.

 

It is really worthwhile learning some energy healing techniques for keeping yourself healthy, moving energy along so you are able to keep up with your life and feel good. It allows you to get on track with the real you, whatever you want to be or do.
