It’s been pure pleasure to host three programs so far on “The Bulkley View”!
Joan LeClair , our first guest spoke eloquently and passionately about the new housing project that Smithers Action Group is undertaking.
Sarah Milner and Teresa Mohr joined us in the studio with Dee Dee (Sarah’s rescue dog) and Teresa’s guitar with an invitation to participate in their upcoming exploration of art and sound in a workshop series entitled The LOVE Project beginning February 4.
Dan Tanner (foster parent for 15 years) shared some moving stories and words of wisdom about his experience as a foster parent.
So what is the aim of “The Bulkley View”?
To promote a hopeful and positive outlook regarding mental health and social issues.
To put people in touch with their community.
To share ideas, education, and coping strategies.
To explore the potential for all community members “to live a beautiful life”, no matter what our background, age, culture, or mental health condition.
What contributes to your ability to “live a beautiful life?”
I’d love to hear from you!
