Today I played a rerun of Rhys Thomas, who runs an energy medicine school in Massachusettes, talking about the chakras. This is good information as it is hard to fine and rather rare to find solid knowledge about the chakras. It definitely is not mainstream knowledge. Once we start learning about them, it still takes quite awhile to understand the meanings and how to think about ourselves as an energy being.

So I am glad to be able to make this available so you can start the process of relating and working with the energy of the chakras. Even if you are an old hand at it, there is so much more to learn.
