Today we listened to Session Six of Robert Moss' Dreamgates series. He led us thru a guided conscious journey and taught us another technique of working with a subtle body outside ourselves. Interesting exercises and lots to learn from them. Personally I find them creative and exciting and they always teach me something about myself.

Music-wise, we listened to about twelve minutes of Sarah Benson's Flutes of Interior Time, fabulous stuff. What we heard was less than half of the piece on the cd, but enough to hear some wonderful, soaring music. It is also designed to work as a healing piece.
