Program:

My show is one hour now. This week we are still listening to the World Tapping Summit. Today we will hear Nick Ortner, the producer of the summit, and an expert tapper, speak about tapping and a very visual way to think about our issues. He uses the image of a tree. The leaves of the tree are the symptoms or side effects, the pain or what is going on in your body; the branches are the emotions that you are dealing with; the trunk is the events that initiated the negative feelings and the roots are your beliefs or chronic thoughts about the issues. One can start tapping anywhere in this diagram, with the symptoms or the feeling or the event or your belief about it. So the disturbing situation can be changed from any direction to rebalance and create peace in the bodymind system.

Along with Nick Ortner, we listen to a Leonard Cohen songs.
