Today we listened to the sixth part of the Harrison Klein series on universal energy and how to work with it. All information that was somehow never mentioned to us as energy beings growing up in an energy world. So it is really helpful to understand this information. It takes time to really integrate it, tho faster works better than slower.

Music-wise, we listened to Sarah Benson's "The Flutes of Interior Time" produced by sound healer Jonathan Goldman. It is pretty ethereal music.
