Today we listened to the third part of a seven-part series by Harrison Klein, about working with universal and our own energy. This is a very enlightening series that is really helpful in understanding how to make our life a success. Working with energy is simpler than we imagine, as long as we don't get too hung up in the mind. We also listened to some sound healing music by Mark Romero.
