Today I returned to my show after being away for three sessions. I spoke about two courses I took in southern California. The first was a medicine plant course with Mathew Wood, author of six books on herbs an homeopathy. That was terrific and I made new friends and hung out with them talking about and looking at medicine plants. Next I went to L.A. and took Level 2 of Faster EFT with Robert Smith. He has developed a powerful technique for making bad memories and negative thoughts disappear and for the mind to attach to and positive thoughts. It creates a positive program in the mind and makes the negative one disappear. So that was thrilling to learn and understand. Also we got to work with others and see the amazingly quick and powerful results.
