Today I talked more about energy and what it means to make it work for us. How to work with it and how to make our experience a positive one. I quoted Einstein, played some Abraham (explaining different laws of energy) and sound healer's (Jim Oliver and Steven Halpern) music. Learning to work with our own energy using energy characteristics rather than our past conditioning by society and family is quite different than anything we have been taught.

One has to work with thought and feeling, both of which produce vibration. And vibration is energy which reacts differently than what we might imagine.

This is a big subject and I barely scratch the surface each show, but we are moving forward in our understanding.
