Kim Hunter interviewed Servaas Mes, local physiotherapist who is now bringing to light the Human Health Project, aimed at inspiring individuals to claim control of their own health by taking responsibility.  His passion is Somatics, connecting the mind-body to facilitate better mobility of both mind and body.  He teaches Somatics to individuals as well as physiotherapists at the university level.
