The Knittedness of Community with Dr. David Connell, UNBC, part one
Dr. David Connell is a professor at UNBC whose particular interests include agricultural planning and farmland protection, local food systems, and the quest for community. Dave has been partnering with the BC Association of Farmers’ Markets to create, measure and analyze this Farmers’ Markets Benefits Study.
The BC Association of Farmers’ Markets is a registered BC society whose mission is to support, develop and promote farmers’ markets in British Columbia.
This summer, we learned a lot about farmers’ markets across British Columbia, and Dave Connell is here to tell us how that was accomplished.
