Prime Minister Mark Carney was in Terrace to announce a new round of national building projects, adding the Ksi Lisims LNG project and PRGT pipeline to the list as well as the forthcoming North Coast Transmission line. Following the Prime Minister's press confrence Indigneous leaders that oppose the project also spoke to reporters about their growing concenrs with what would be Canada's second largest LNG export facility.
