Travis Adrian Hebert and Craig Frank Edes are the electronic hip-hop duo Mob Bounce. On their Soundcloud account, Mob Bounce identifies their location as Northwest Turtle Island. More specifically, Craig has Gitxsan heritage, while Travis is Cree/Metis, with Wit'suwit'en family. 

For the next two weeks, Travis and Craig will share their thoughts on keeping it real, a challenge in social circles where so many people fall back to status quo, unconsciously reinforcing unhealthy, disingenuous attitudes.

If you're tempted to give this a pass because it's hip hop, reconsider. Their music is catchy and lyrical, with an undercurrent of indigenous voices; both words and melodies reinforce a positive, healing spin on life and a level of spiritual maturity uncommon in modern music.

Mob Bounce recently signed a contract with RPM records in Toronto and were invited to play at a private function celebrating the release of Gord Downie's Secret Path. Their goal is to mentor youth.
