Yes, this is punk. But this is punk not trying to be punk, more just punk by the fact that it's fast simplistic-sounding rock that offers some social commentary. You will bounce around to this album, maybe you will bump into someone else who in turn may take exception and bump you back, but then get carried away in rocking out too much to be overly angry about it, and then invariable others would join and it would become a good raucous punk mosh pit before you knew it.
