Review:
4th solo effort for bassist in The Watchmen (an ongoing role) and Thornley. The sparse instrumentation is acoustic-based, allowing his evocative voice and deeply soul-searching songs to shine. Time recently spent touring with the great songwriter Ron Hynes has clearly rubbed off on him. The album was recorded with Brent Bodrug (Ron Sexsmith) at a converted church in Trenton, ON, and it has a very warm vibe to the sound(newcanmusic).
