After years establishing herself as a popular soloist, a welcome player in numerous groups and a first-call accompanist on the Calgary scene, jazz pianist Petrity has produced debut. Album presents original compositions plus fresh arrangements of a few standards. Includes saxophonist Pat Belliveau, the drummer Robin Tufts and the bassist Stefano Valdo(bio). Relaxed and inventive jazz lead by a talented piano player. #2 is a Hungarian folk song.
