Program:

Halloween is this week - so our topic is our approach of fear of death. Why is is scary? It is something that we all have to do and how can we be more accepting of it? It is a natural cycle of life and we all must face it - many times in our family friends and life - and then our own event of death.

Lets explore our concepts and ouir beliefs about decline aging and death - and how life cycle  concepts & cultural perspectives can help us shift our fear into acceptance.

Don't stand beside my grave and weep,
For I'm not there; I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow,
I am the sun on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.

When you awaken in the morning’s hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circling flight.
I am the soft star-shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there; I did not die.
