Review:
Sophomore solo album. It is an expressive, cross-pollinated Americana record that seems poised to garner wider recognition. Several political songs that are well done are highlights including the Patti Smith cover of "People Have the Power". The country/folk tunes have a slightly pop feel to them. "Heartache Spoken Here" features Ron Sexsmith and Doug Reimer on backup vocals. Imperfect but endearing vocals.
