The Smithers Art Gallery's March exhibition, "Man Art", will be a dynamic exhibition showcasing original creations by many men, both established artists and non-artists, using different media: wood, metal, glass, grease, paint - anything that can be formed! The Gallery challenged men to break out of their traditional crafts or trades and let loose their creative, artistic spirits. This seems to have touched an inner need in many men and inspired them to speak with their art, to give life to the works that they create not in their everyday lives but in their imaginations and their hearts.
