The BV Nordic Centre was a buzz of activity this past weekend as they held two qualifying races for the BC Winter Games being held this year in Trail and Rossland from February 25th to March 1st.

More than 1,200 athletes will descend on the Kootenays to compete in 15 winter sports including classic and sake ski events and several competitors from the Bulkley Valley will be headed to the festivities in a few weeks.
