Today I talked about the nature of energy as well as discussing  a little bit about the I Can Do It Conference in Vancouver May 5 & 6 with many spiritual teachers. I mentioned Wayne Dyer, Caroline Myss and Gregg Braden, but there were many others as well. This is the fourth conference of this type, put on by Hay House, that I have attended. It is well worth it for the spiritual security it imparts as well as the latest in science in regard to health and new ways to work with energy that make our life better. I played more of Carlos Nakai playing the Native American flute. Also about ten minutes of Jonathan Goldman, Laaraji and Sarah Benson with Celestial Reiki 2, sound healing music.
