Old friend and long time owner and developer of Nature's Pantry Health Food Store in Smithers interviewed Jean Christian who is a teacher of meditation and health at all levels-body, mind and soul. Jean has held a center of meditation for the public forever. She is a herbalist and homeopath and author. So, very interesting.

We actually hear two interviews. First is Jean discussing meditation and the intent of it, and the second one is about health, herbs and homeopathy. I added some sound healing music from Jim Oliver finish up.
