Follow up to his 2010, Gold in the Shadow LP. Worked on the record with producer Chris Walla (tegan and sara). Album represents both the happiness and hardships he’s faced. Best known from songs that played on Grey's Anatomy. Breathy voice and delicate, heartfelt and evocative melodies are sometimes combined with electro blips, synth and bass on some tracks while other times only utilizing acoustic guitar.
