Somewhere between Postal Service, Caribou, Sufjan, and DJ Koze, this is an interesting blend of mellow mood electronica that also has a vague singer-songwriter/RnB vibe to it. Chirpy, major key synth lines with straight-ahead drum programming (live samples) closer to live drums than electronic beats. Only gets a 3/5 'cause it somehow doesn't seem fully realized. Talented dude, though, and a pretty solid album - good winter music. I will listen to it again.
