Review:
Transgender artist Rae Spoon's latest of 7 solo albums is a collection of songs that will be featured on a soundtrack of a National Film Board Doc. of the same name. Topics cover tough subjects like coming out as queer in high school, surviving abuse, death. Many of the tracks are instrumentals #5,7,9,12,14,16,18. Most songs are sung in Spoon's beautiful, heart breaking Soprano and have a melancholy feel and great instrumental backup. #13,15,19 are more upbeat.
