Enlisting an A-list roster of producers, including Dr. Luke, Diplo, Skrillex and Dave Sitek, the pan-global enigma has put together a hybrid of EDM, dancehall, rap and Swedish pop, resulting in something that’s uncategorizable and instantly captivating (Idolator). Raspy vocals give even the slower songs edge. Given the big names in production assistance, it is no wonder some tracks come off top 40 sounding, though an interesting listen.
