5 year hiatus since his last album. "a good old fashioned hip hop record". Yup, agreed. Head bopping rythm and good ryhms, harckens back to the 80's. He utilizes his counterpart Tech Twelve to serve up Soul samples that DL Incognito then rips up with rapping.
