Best friends Amber Goodwyn and Erin Ross teamed up with Parlovr drummer Jeremy McCuish under the moniker Cobra & Vulture. The trio’s debut full length Grasslands is an indescribable genre that encompasses lo-fi garage/pop, folk in an avant-garde manner. Vocal focussed with somewhat eccentric melodies. Some tracks are quite good, so if you are selective there is good stuff to play. As a whole, the album gets a 3.
