Review:
Political dub poetry covering topics about occupation, colonialism and rampant injustices in Canada and around the world. Dub music provides excellent soundscape for spoken word that is direct and often literal. Jamaican inflected vocals with dub backings and lyrics covering the injustices of the indian act, and residential schools make this a unique sound of the Canadian mosaic. While the vocals seem awkwardly manipulated at times, overall a worthy listen.
