Bob Erlendson has lived and performed in Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Chicago, Newfoundland, and is now residing in Calgary. He's played with Ed Bickert, P.J Perry, and recorded with George Koller, Big Miller, and Shirley Eikhard. This album features Bob's own bebop compositions arranged for octet. There's some great musicianship demonstrated from all the band members. Quite brass-heavy, but no harm done if you're into that sort of thing.
