Review:
Ex-Fugees lead man Wyclef has had his ups and downs in his solo music career. This isn't really one of his ups. The first carnival was decent and his 2003 Preacher's Son album had a couple of good tracks. This one has three. Paul Simon has a guest appearance on the cheesy Fast Car track that's worth a listen. Norah Jones, Mary J Blige and other guests thrown in. Track 9 is Hollywood Meets Bollywood--weird but a guilty pleasure.
