Jon Langford is the lead singer of the Mekons. This is a highly enjoyable album of country-rock/punk with imaginative songwriting and enough variety in song structure to keep you interested. Not as entertaining or interesting as The Mayors of the Moon with the Sadies, but still a good solid effort with song great songs.
