Review:
While "Western Transport", his debut album, saw a lot of dependence on the acoustic guitar, "Unreal" throws any rules of composition out the window. Some songs feature ghostly wails and slow synths in the background while others pick up the tempo and feature crashing guitars, bass and simple percussion (#4,7). Falsetto vocals seem to consistently stray off key, which adds to the lonesome darkness of album.
