Review:
Alt Rock mainstay release their 9th after a 20 year rollercoaster run. Band has had a tumultuous career. Band currently consists of co-founders Keely and Jason Reece, plus bassist Autry Fulbright II and guitarist/drummer Jamie Miller. Album starts with mid-tempo guitar-churning, drum-thundering tracks that are too controlled to fully erupt. Thankfully they relax by track 5. Anthemic builds. Tracks 6,7 more poppy. Tracks run into each other.
